I met a lot of great people, learned a lot of useless information a drank utterly too much alcohol.
Joining Chi Omega was a really good thing for me it gave me the friends I needed.
Amanda taught me a lot about being who you want to be and not giving a fuck what anyone else thinks.
Hanna was the, still wild, voice of reason who helped me keep a balance between school and nightlife.
Turner was the person I could trust with anything and always knew what to say when things starting getting overwhelming.
Emily was the one who was down for anything. Most of the good times with her I don’t remember but I know they were great.
Cara, some how I always managed to get Cara into the worst situations including an all day greyhound ride back to school cause it was snowing in the pass.
Malia was the reliable one who you could always call on when you needed to vent.
Shelby and Alexa were the crazy ones who I wish I got closer with earlier. These girls knew how to have fun and never said no to a good time.
Boys… so college really made me realize how attractive I am. I’m not trying to be cocky but its nice to go out and be treated well or have guys hold the door for you. I learned to play the field until I got a boyfriend
PJ (the bf) I learned how much you could need someone and how much they could need you. I’m not gonna lie this all still scares me but I know that this relationship was a good experience for me no matter what direction it goes when I get home.
Academically I learned to be more proactive about my learning and my grades. I also learned that art of kiss-ass-ery and hopefully that pays off in the end.
Overall it was a great experience I would reccomend everyone leave home for at least freshman year. And of course GO GREEK.
